I am a results-driven professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in leadership, management, operations, compliance, and public administration. I earned a distinguished record of resolving complex multidisciplinary challenges within sophisticated organizational structures. Demonstrated excellence in guiding talent and organizational transformation initiatives, including operational streamlining, strategic planning, workforce development, and structural reorganization to enhance equity, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across both public programs and private sector enterprises.

A Girl N Glasses was established in 2023, but the journey to its development began well over 30 years ago, when I received my first Corporate Internship with the Quaker Oats Corporation within the Office of Health, Safety, & Environmental. As a teen, I had a front-row seat to a dynamic, complex multinational organization. For two years, I meticulously observed and seized opportunities and experiences that would shape and guide me on my journey.

I went on to serve in various progressive leadership roles in educational, public, private, political, and not-for-profit spaces after earning my Master of Business Administration, Master of Community Development (Urban Planning), and Juris Doctor. Several decades later, I realized that what I enjoy most is the opportunity to work across multiple sectors and disciplines and to share the knowledge and experiences I have earned over the years. Launching my own professional services firm affords me the space and platform to work across multiple disciplines, industries, and organizations, doing the work that I love. This inspires my creativity and thought leadership.

When I'm not working to make the world better for everyone, you'll find me enjoying books and music, exploring new places, baking, playing with textiles and colors, spending quality time with family and friends, exploring ways to reduce stress factors, and helping others reclaim time to pursue their passions!
